To qualify as a wholesale member, you are required to have a valid business or resale license.

New Wholesale Account Approval Process:

Step 1 - Please fax us any applicable business or resale license(s) to 323-581-8381. Any application submissions that we receive without a valid business or resale license will not be processed.

Step 2 - Complete the online application below.

Step 3 - After you have submitted your online application and faxed us your business license, our representative will contact you within 1-2 business days to verify and authorize your status as a wholesale member.
